These terms govern your use of the Gloss app and the washes booked through it. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use Gloss

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login private.

2. What we provide

Gloss is a mobile car wash: a Gloss Man travels to your vehicle and cleans it where it is parked. We offer three services — exterior only, interior only, and interior & exterior together. Availability depends on the location you choose and on a Gloss Man being free at that time.

3. Booking

• Only genuinely free slots are offered. A slot is held once the booking is confirmed.
• You must give an accurate location and safe, lawful access to the vehicle.
• You are responsible for removing valuables before the wash.
• If nobody can be found for your slot, the booking is closed and anything paid online is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in EGP before you confirm. Online card payments include the payment provider's fee, shown at the final step.
• You may pay in cash on arrival, or by card in the app.
• When you pay by card, the card is saved at booking and charged only when your Gloss Man sets off — about 30 minutes before your slot, when the booking can no longer be cancelled. Cancel before then and nothing is charged. If we cancel after charging, the full amount is refunded.
• Packages are prepaid and give a set number of washes valid for a stated period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your Gloss Man sets off. Once he is on the way, has arrived, or the wash has started, the booking can no longer be cancelled. Because a Gloss Man is dispatched automatically 30 minutes before the slot, the cancel window closes about 30 minutes before your appointment.

6. Rewards

• Cashback points are earned on completed washes and can be redeemed for a free wash at the stated threshold. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Referrals give a discount to a friend you invite and to you once their first wash completes, up to the stated limit per account.
• We may withdraw rewards obtained through duplicate accounts or other abuse.

7. Your conduct

Do not use Gloss unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to gain access to other people's accounts or data, or abuse promotional codes.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care of your vehicle. Report any concern about a wash promptly so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

9. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time — see Delete my data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
